5 DAYS TO GO!
Launched in 2002 under the leadership of Her Excellency Mrs Jeannette Kagame, the Edified Generation Scholarship Programme was created to nurture academic excellence and open pathways of opportunity for talented young Rwandans. Since its inception, it has supported nearly 11,000 students, empowering them to pursue their education and grow into responsible, value-driven citizens.
As part of this journey, the second edition of #Itorero #ImbutoZitoshye will gather senior six graduates from the Edified Generation Programme for a week of reflection, learning, and civic engagement.
In partnership with @Unity_MemoryRw, the camp will take place from 15–22 November at the National Ubutore Development Centre in Nkumba, @BureraDistrict.
Participants will explore Rwanda’s history, culture, and civic values, alongside sessions on adolescent health, mental well-being, and leadership nurturing character, resilience, and a strong sense of national identity.
These sessions are designed to reinforce shared values and inspire the next generation to contribute meaningfully to Rwanda’s vision of an empowered and dignified nation.
Here’s a glimpse of one of our most inspiring moments from last year!
