@AlaskaAir Wow! I just tried to call @AmericanAir my call was literally answered in 3mins ,i almost cried with joy to realize that was still an airline with functioning customer service! I just booked a whole new flight with them. As for @AlaskaAir plz I will be waiting for my FULL refund!!
