@ian_mccabe @peterjobes It's not. The only issue here is that this has been more widely reported than it should have been. JLR has always been JLR internally and to those in the industry. The Land Rover brand remains core to the three LR brands. The JLR logo won't feature on cars - it's like Stellantis.
@russellashford@Wiggle_Sport Some odd choices for sure. Losing the orange was brave and that green is far more painful on the eyes. Has @Chain__Reaction had a change too? I don't remember that website feeling quite so clashy before either. Some terrible colour choices there.
@TitoMaggy@MarcoAu89902386@nolankucd@SierraCharlieBr@DubCityCouncil @GuinnessIreland @Pidge@DublinCommuters Nobody pays road tax. It was abolished in 1937, replaced by VED based on your vehicle's emissions. If cyclists were made to pay VED it would be zero and motorists would probably end up paying for the increase in admin. Roads are paid from general taxation - they belong to us all.
@Thunder_THR Kaz: We don't want you to have to grind or resort to microtransactions to get the cars you really want.
Also Kaz: We're reducing the rewards from your grind races and not providing anything more interestingvto do. Let's just call them "transactions".
@swiggs84@thegranturismo If I had to sum up GT7 in its launch state with one word, I think "disappointed" fits the bill. Definitely feels like GT Sport 2. I'm still hopeful it will improve over time, but the last 24hrs haven't been particularly reassuring in that regard.
