The Land Rover brand remains core to the three LR brands. The JLR logo won't feature on cars - it's like Stellantis.

It was abolished in 1937, replaced by VED based on your vehicle's emissions. If cyclists were made to pay VED it would be zero and motorists would probably end up paying for the increase in admin. Roads are paid from general taxation - they belong to us all.
