Can you see the polyp? Flat polyps are easily missed and a comprehensive training is needed so that these polyps aren’t missed. This was actually a sessile serrated adenoma with cytologic dysplasia. This polyp was removed by #EMR or #mucosal_resection during #colonoscopy. #AdvGI

This is chilling. A nurse on the front lines in Chicago tried to wear her own N95 to work while caring for COVID pts (when it wasn’t supplied for her) & she was told by management she would not be allowed to. She quit her job.
