Some reasons I don’t gamble anymore:

1. I quit drinking. Gambling is only fun when you’re drinking and smoking $40 cigars.
2. The roulette tables are rigged. The dealers can stop the ball within 2-4 spaces of a location of their choosing.
3. Casinos have caught on to card counting in blackjack. This is screwed up if you think about it. If you’re an “advantage player” they are going to ask you to leave. Card counting is not cheating. It’s just knowing how to play the game.
4. Baccarat is a very old game. It’s very hard to master. But if you’re quick witted and willing to memorize some information, you can dominate in this game. Like Blackjack, they have found ways to know when players are “good” and they will totally make you leave if you’re placing big bets and winning.
