@SpaceCow1992 read up on how HARM works, it doesn't follow a GPS location, it follows the Radar signature. Radar mobility won't account to much. Radar vehicle has to be stationary and the radar has to be emitting a beam for HARM to work. so the minute they turn on their radars.. KABOOM
