- Refused to blame himself for putting together an injury prone roster, and casually scoffed at the idea.
- Made a litany of excuses for failures in his handling of the OL and backup QB positions.
- Reserved some of his STRONGEST criticism for Tua Tagovailoa taking unnecessary hits ("Unacceptable").
- Blamed the Captains and the locker room for not policing their own on discipline.

Mike McDaniel
- Mocked the idea that players being late was actually a problem.
- Blamed the short yardage woes on a lack of physicality.
- Insisted on calling the plays because he's the best person™ available to do it.

This has nothing to do with whether they should be fired or not. I don't care about that. And I also think both guys are good people and generally know a lot about what they're doing.

My point was just that this was absolute teach tape on diffusing blame and not accepting responsibility.
