@libsoftiktok Every generation has it’s spectacles.
The problem for Sam is that this isn’t remarkable. It’s clownish and easy to match or beat by the next guy willing to humiliate himself.
The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history.
He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough.
RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.
Jesus did not condemn women's participation in adultery and actually blamed men for their adultery in instances of male initiated divorce.
That being said, I think it is wholly disrespectful to your wife to publicly condemn your wife's actions explicitly or passively.
We should work to heal her trauma not add to it.
Mark 8:34 ¶ And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.
36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
@Cernovich Testosterone makes you more aggressive generally so as a rule, I would say that women are not as violent as men and this woman is an outlier.
@elonmusk And yet all we will hear from the left is the need to tax more as if that is our problem.
We can take everyone's money and we still won't have nice things because government is either too corrupt or stupid to properly run just about anything.
@SwipeWright This is shifting the goal posts and straw manning.
Curious that you posted this on the eve that the Trump admin saw its most consequential resignation regarding the real issue Bret was alluding to.
@Cernovich@MattWalshBlog This is not true in all cases. Both my kids are in public school, though in a highly rated district. Both do the vast majority of their homework in pencil. My daughter knows cursive.
Tech is a reality in our world so it is important to cultivate healthy relationships with it.
@TheModerateCase The goal is to get to the bottom of what happened to Charlie and why his organization is not moving in the direction he was taking it.
You're appealing to emotion which is the same line of thinking as the DEI crowd.
"Well she and TPUSA went through a hard thing so we can't question if she is the right fit for the job or ask why are they lying so much. It's just grief and we need to really be thinking about how they feel rather than judge what they do."
We want the truth no matter how ugly it gets. We are tired of being emotionally manipulated. We are done being lied to. We've had enough.
Good episode. Full disclosure, I listen to @RealCandaceO and look forward to her podcast the most when it is on.
I appreciate your approach to this situation and believe confronting the claims rather than focusing on the character of the individual making the claim is the best approach. I think you raise a lot of really good questions.
That being said, I think the most glaring weakness of your response is the emotional appeal to grant Erika empathy akin to DEI advocates.
"Well she and TPUSA went through a hard thing so we can't question if she is the right fit for the job or ask why are they lying so much. It's just grief and we need to really be thinking about how they feel rather than judge what they do."
For those of us following Candace, how her podcast got to the "Bride of Charlie" took a long time to get there.
She was not attacking Erika for the first few months until after her meeting with her and all she said before that meeting was that it was probably unwise for her to be named CEO, especially when she had young children at home and her husband was just killed in the line of work that she was going to thrust herself into.
What lead to this point was the early obvious lies of TPUSA, the odd behavior of those leading the investigation and those in positions of power, and the irrational behavior supposedly of Tyler Robinson after the fact (see the text messages). All of us saw that and now Candace is trying to get to the bottom of what we all see is wrong with this.
We want the truth no matter how ugly it gets. We are tired of being emotionally manipulated. We are done being lied to. We've had enough.
I think what Michael was getting at is that the personal attacks on Candace aren’t honoring Charlie’s legacy.
Trying to shutdown her speech because she is asking forbidden questions does the opposite.
Addressing her claims directly and disputing the claims like Matt did was much more effective.
