Had a disappointing call with @ring_uk CS. My device which I have an annual subscription has stopped working. All they had to say is buy a new one; this one is out of warranty. Come on guys take pride in your products and improve your CS. Not buying another product again.

@ring_uk Asked me to do a PM and told me the same thing. What's the point of saying "This is not the experience we want you to have" Buyers be aware, once your product is faulty Ring will not support you. The only thing premium about Ring is its price, nothing else, neither the product..
