The condition of the BMC school on Masjid Street, Mumbadevi, Mumbai – 400003 is extremely alarming. More than 150 children study here, yet debris, garbage and multiple broken/damaged dustbins are being stored inside the school compound.

The lane has become extremely crowded. Residents’ lives have become miserable.

Both entrances are badly blocked, making daily movement very difficult.
In case of emergency, fire brigade or ambulance entry is nearly impossible.

This is happening repeatedly on the Central line — passengers are paying for AC local tickets from CST to Badlapur, but instead of the promised AC train, a non-AC train is being sent, and trains are routinely 10–15 minutes late.

Meanwhile, ongoing road construction has made the already narrow lane even more dangerous, increasing the risk of accidents and falls.
Immediate action is needed before a serious incident occurs.

ignoring strict court orders to clear such encroachments in Mumbai.

Authorities seem to overlook this issue as it’s not on a main road.
