Adjusting my diet and realizing that the success I needed was adding veggies and limiting portion sizes.

I still eat my carbs; love rice and pasta. But lowering portions.
I lied to myself that I could workout a bad diet. But that has proven to be futile. Being true to myself..

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with Nigerians. We are not inherently flawed beings. That narrative is wrong and dangerous. We are a product of a despicable system where lying, cheating and riding roughshod over others has been rewarded openly. This breeds bad behaviour.
