@rta_dubai why are you making the road outside Tiara Towers in Business Bay one way? Have you seen the chaos this has caused this morning all the way until the other side of SZR?? As a transport professional, I suggest you revert it back as its knock on impacts are significant.

@rta_dubai hi RTA, could you please look into adding handles/hand rails in the Gold Class cabins on the metros as many people now stand in the Gold Class and there are no handles/it’s not so safe. Thank you

@rta_dubai it’s a bit chaotic at Business Bay today (on a Sunday!). Trains are all terminating at BB. Where can we find information on train times to Expo 2020? Office work resuming tomorrow.

@rta_dubai why are empty trains running towards centrepoint at peak evening rush hour (ie 6pm)? The crowding on the trains and platform is intense, frequent services are needed.

Wow @TfL, closing the WHOLE #metline halfway through the day is very poor form. I’ve never heard of planned closures taking place from 6pm - how do people reasonably get home? Either close the line or open it. Disgraceful

I’ve tried restarting phone and resetting mobile data... one day I had no data - this is unacceptable for 4G.
