@OVOEnergy emailed a complaint dated 22nd February, got no response. Sent a follow up on 5th March. No response. Sent another chaser today. Is there no one in the complaints department who manages the email inbox?

@etihad got voucher in June, still waiting for the PIN code to be able to use it to book a flight. Absolutely worst experience. And I’ve used a big number of airlines. EasyJet/Ryanair are better than this. #worstexperience
