Since Bamban mayor "Alice Guo" is not the real Alice Leal Guo but a 2003 Chinese child immigrant identified as Guo Hua Ping, and who merely stole the identity of the real Alice Leal Guo, the immediate legal remedy against her is a warrantless arrest by the Bureau of Immigration for serious violations of her visa conditions, and detention at the immigration deportation facilities pending her trial for the multiple criminal offenses she has committed. If convicted, it is only after service of her sentence should she be deported by the BI to China where she belongs.

The DOJ should just treat this, initially, as a simple immigration case where a legal warrantless arrest on Guo can be enforced for violation of immigration laws, instead of still waiting for the filing of criminal cases against her with the courts before a warrant of arrest can be served on her. It would also be then unnecessary to still file a quo warranto case against her if the purpose solely is to put her immediately under preventive detention and stop her from performing her spurious position as mayor of Bamban after the lapse of her current preventive suspension period.

The DOJ and other relevant agencies should take a proactive stance in dealing with Chinese criminal syndicates in our midst and energetically enforce our immigration laws against them in order to stop their illegal activities. The Helldivers 2 community was tricked by Sony.

Sony declared having a PSN account would be mandatory to play Helldivers 2. The community revolted and trashed the games review score to 13% positive. Sony walked it back and stated they wouldn't be making PSN mandatory.

Declaring victory the community undid the massive wave of negative reviews. Yet Sony did something sinister in the background. They restricted Helldivers 2 from being purchased in all 177 countries where PSN isn't available.
