Bruh I have friends in KL who leave their house at 6am just to arrive at their workplace early to avoid the jam. Some even tell me "Keluar 5 minit lambat pun akan sangkut jam teruk dah". And they've been practicing this routine for years. So launching this "initiative" aint gonna solve anything IMO because sadly, this is already the norm 😭 😭
So they finally updated the guideline. When is Malaysia going to do the same?
Simple rule of time: eat real food, eat fruits, not plant leaves. Carbs are not essential, just eat as much as you need to burn.
Religious Affairs Minister has no business to threaten syariah charges against Wan Sabrina.
1. Religious affairs minister Naim Mokhtar has threatened to file syariah offence charges against Sabronzo (Wan Sabrina Wan Rosli ) over a music video - allegedly for being “too sexy”.
2. The Minister has no business whatsoever to make such threats. A government minister has no authority to investigate or prosecute citizens.
3. Prosecutions, whether civil or syariah, can only be decided on by the prosecuting authority, after a fair & impartial investigation by the relevant investigative bodies.
4. By launching this tirade against Wan Sabrina, the Minister has publicly shamed her even though she’s not been found guilty of any offence. He has also prejudiced her fundamental right to a fair investigation and trial.
5. This whole backlash against Wan Sabrina & her band is sensationalist & displays a distasteful obsession with female purity, whilst ignoring harmful misogynistic attitudes in society.
6. Anyway, how did the minister decide that this music video was too sexy? Did he watch it? What’s the criteria to decide this? Perhaps he should just “have lowered his gaze”.
7. It would be best if Naim and his Ministry, instead of scrutinising Dolla’s performances, should focus on real problems. For example, thousands of children who are denied citizenship just because their parents marriage documents are not in order. Isn’t defending innocent children our highest religious duty?

"does my grandmother want her granddaughters to end up like her? Definitely not".
RIGHT??
Our grandmothers have different hopes and dreams for us, but some random guy on the internet feels entitled to expect women should be like HIS grandmother. 😂
Sibuk ‘not all men’ in the comments. Kenapa terasa? She’s speaking about real issues, yet you make it about you. Cakap pasal nyawa masih kena jaga ego korang? That entitlement and the inability to sit in the discomfort of criticism or rejection, that’s what killed that young lady
Nurin Alisa's Tiktok video of her serving her ex husband nafkah Syariah summons by hand during his akad nikah ceremony (register of marriage) to the woman he cheated on her with after he failed to show up in Syariah Court 5 times is satisfyingly unhinged.
Someone proposed that before a Muslim man can remarry after his divorce, said divorcee must prove to the state religious authority that he has fulfilled his nafkah responsibilities to his existing children from his previous marriage, and is financially able to do so.
I think that's just and fair with compassion for the existing children.
I still don't understand why unmarried woman pursue irresponsible and dishonorable married men.
If he doesn't even treat the mother of his children well, what makes you think you're any different?
If he doesn't fulfill his responsibilities to his existing children, what makes you think he'll be different with yours?
You're just another notch on his bedframe sis.
Hari ni i nampak satu quote
"If you're worried about the price of going for it, think about the price of staying exactly where you are".
Damn.
Siapa yang tengah fikir nak tukar career, atau nak buat decision untuk masa depan, remember the quote above.
Squats help you get up from a chair.
Deadlifts help you lift heavy objects off the ground.
Cardio helps you run circles around your grandchildren.
Exercise is not for looking good naked. It's for living independently and avoiding the nursing home.
Numbers don't lie. A M'sian can kill themselves to work twice as hard to earn more RM but still the purchasing power of the RM is laughable. Whether it's groceries, tech gadgets, food prices etc. The cost of things will continue to rise, while your RM salary remains.
latihan pestapora just proved that malaysia still isn’t ready for a proper large-scale music festival lol
organiser fumbled — banned food at seats even if it’s from their less than 10 vendors. make it make sense.
and people had to q more than 1 hour to buy drinks? bodoh.
