@Aircanada_Monr I have tried online, called but put on hold for hours, driven 2 hours roundtrip to airport, sent DMs as requested on X, now called again late evening and said to high a call volume to wait. What do I need to do to get the help I need. This is pathetic.
@AirCanada I am having same problem as others trying to reach you. Hours on hold and then disconnected. Had to skip flight because delay risked missed connection. Drove to airport but they were useless. Unsure if cancelled and getting refund. Need more staff on phones.
@ahudgins1325@AmericanAir I have little choice because of life time status because of all the miserable hours I have spent on this airline but for those with a choice, choose carefully
@AmericanAir Flight 1973 from YYC to DFW. Boarded late and now updates every 15 minutes on our phones about delays. How about a verbal update from pilot. What is going on?
