@LNER - please can you explain to me why I was advised by the call centre that I could get my tickets printed at the station after busting my phone during a fall, but when getting to KCX they refused to do this? If I wasn't carrying my cards I would've been stranded
I had a fall yesterday at Metallica, and cannot thank the staff at @LondonStadium enough - especially Sarah and Rory in Safeguarding. Totally amazing and couldn't be more helpful
@LondonStadium with high temperatures forecast tomorrow, are we allowed to bring our own water bottles in? I have this collapsible silicone one as I saw Take That fans could take in their own last weekend due to the heat
@glory2thenight It's been like this for decades, well before Brexit was even a thought. Granted not all bands/artists did it but it was a very distinct UK and Europe being separate entities - usually one poster for UK and the other for Europe

@kWhBroker@firstdirect It's surprising how many people say they are sending to a relative and have actually been pressured to state what you've said. Yes it's infuriating but they are genuinely looking out for their customers.
