@UKinChile necesitamos un poco de su ayuda, con noticias del retraso de las VISAs tramitadas por VFS Global. 1 mes esperando (más de 20 días hábiles), y ni siquiera tenemos noticias de la decisión de UK, ni que se esté enviando el pasaporte de vuelta a Chile desde Colombia.

@FalabellaAyuda Pésima experiencia. Pedí la devolución de productos hace 3 meses y aún no realizan el pago. Las respuestas que me dan por correo y @Sernac son vagas y no se ajustan a los problemas que tengo con la plataforma. Por ende, la devolución no se ha llevado a cabo.
