@andoniAmu@thewillmetcalfe So much this.
My eldest recently graduated having been taught how to use AI properly by a University with an excellent AI policy, and went straight into a Magic Circle job.
The jobs are thinning out, but the smarter young people know how to use it
@Angieover50@LGBwiththeT They are so stupid that they rely on Grok to write their arguments.
I guess if someone is dim enough to believe that humans can change sex, they are probably too dim to understand very much about the world
@EllieChowns It is extraordinary how many MPs are unaware of how legislation works.
Are you more capable than Stella Creasy of answering Reindorf’s straightforward question?
https://t.co/StCdhjtpai
@stellacreasy Stella, simply put the code is not law. Therefore it’s not apt for Parliamentary scrutiny.
Please could you tell us what your objections to it are? It must be either that you think the Code has got the law wrong, or that you think the law is wrong.
@Sorelle_Arduino Never met him again once he went off to Cheltenham. I once tried engaging with him on social media but he didn’t reply. I suspect he may be a damaged and possibly dangerous person given his current views about women
@Sorelle_Arduino I went to school with Ince around the age of 9/10/11 and he was obsessed with David Cronenberg films.
Obviously you don’t even think to question things at that age (and pre-VHS how did he even know about them?) but in retrospect there was something very wrong going on there
@LucyHunterB@soniasodha I am deeply embarrassed, and many apologies to Creasy for smearing her so badly. I will obviously delete the accusation if she asks.
But her Cambridge degree is still no more relevant than mine to explain her silly argument against lawyers who are better educated than her
@BettyBassFace@akuareindorf And again, you don’t understand statutory interpretation.
“[T]he will of parliament” is not a relevant concept and your beliefs are totally irrelevant.
If you have time to educate yourself about how UK law works, please feel free to come back when you have a coherent argument
@HildegardP@KiwiLePunk@Merome_Jardin Perfectly put! These LARPers have fallen for the individualism of the right, and are too stupid to understand how they’re no more than useful idiots
@HildegardP@KiwiLePunk@Merome_Jardin He’s just yet another dim standard issue misogynist who has no coherent argument against women who are smarter than him, so resorts to puerile insults
@ScotsWhiteBear@serialsockthief Given her rather astonishingly high success rate in tribunals, are you claiming that the tribunals are now ruled by “Anti Trans hate”?
@BettyBassFace@FondOfBeetles All irrelevant, as that is not how statutory interpretation works.
The judgment was made on the text of the EA, which was clear. Consequently no purposive interpretation was needed (or even permitted)
@BradfemlyWalsh And men know how to not to cross the boundary. I made the mistake once and it was excruciatingly embarrassing. I won’t make the same mistake again, and it’s not complicated
@RebeccaMtn@pup_shay_ Nothing. These men arguing with you are horrendous. And they will keep on violating boundaries until they are locked up to stop them
@Alonso_GD@RumCoves@ukvillafan There are hypothetical worlds where this could be true, but in the world we are currently living in this is obviously false.
Can you try addressing the issue in the context of reality?
