@WillWandsworth Positive from whom? Not from any parents that is clear as support has decreased massively. Increased number of NON-SPECIALIST staff ie reduced expert support. I'm sorry if the reality is not helpful to your campaign platform but the reality is the support is now definitely worse.

Do @london_aquarium ever do early/late relaxed openings for people with sensory issues? My autistic son loves the aquarium but the crowds make it impossible to go most of the time. Lots of places open out of hours experiences for ASD would be great if you could too! #autism #asd

@BootsHelp I understand that but what you shouldn't do is have staff at the make up counters encouraging you to buy extra to qualify for the free gift. Only to be told at the till after they've scanned & packed everything that they're out of stock but not to worry you can get it another day

@BootsHelp Purchased 2 No 7 products before Xmas & qualified for No 7 beauty box but they were out of stock. Was told to take receipt to store another day to collect. Tried twice more but out of stock and then discontinued. No apology or alternative offered. Really unimpressed 😕
