Ganz einfach: so wie sich das Christentum weiterentwickelt hat, also Shabbat vergessen und auch nicht beachten (immerhin eines der 10 Gebote!), Schweinefleisch essen (hat Jesus nicht erlaubt), oder der Götzendienst bei den Katholiken beim Maria anbeten, so betreibt das Judentum auf Basis der Torah eine Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Gesetze, Mischna, Gemara sind da das bekannteste Beispiel für.

Irgendwann war Polygamie halt Halacha-mäßig verboten, etc.
