@barrybateman 12 years after opening a criminal case the NPA were ready to prosecute, 4 months later they emailed to say they have recinded their decision, no reason given, I have asked for reasons and a review several times and just ignored by the NPA.

What about the married men who impregnate and don't disclose to their wives?

What about the teachers, preachers, sports coaches that are guilty of statutory rape?

DNA will expose many men, I would support this but not at the risk of the girl or woman‼️

I support DNA testing but what I am not seeing in the comments is what about victims of rape who do not abort and who don't disclose who the rapist is that violated her and impregnated?

What about fathers of children who impregnate their girl children?

The family courts are putting children and victims at risk instead of protecting them.

@Keneiwe15 @AthlendaM @DWYPD_ZA A directive was issued by DoJ in January to immediately cease mediating DV cases after successfully lobbying for it to be stopped. Prosecutors are employed by NPA and are still mediating because they say the directive does not apply to them.
