The error is constantly comparing the cost of goods locally in the UK to goods in Nigeria; everything is relative.

EG: “I can buy food for N1000 in Nigeria, but I will struggle to find food for £1 in the UK.” This faulty analysis ignores income. It is easier for a UK earner to earn £1 than for a Nigerian earner to earn N1000

The minimum wage (income) is the fundamental determinant

To make it simple, a brand new Ranger Rover is cheap for Dangote but expensive for me, the exact cost. Why? Dangote earns more than me

Please, let's not peddle bad economics because of politics
