@moizali Check out Cassis, Hyeres, and other smaller cities in the south of France region. My wife is from there and those smaller areas are getting newer hotels/restaurants but not yet pulling the tourism from St. tropez, etc. French Riveria feel without the cost/crowds.

Just to say you don’t like reducing regulation? Why not just say I disagree with reducing regulations and end with having different view points?
