Buckingham, Windsor, and all those are owned through and by the state. It’s a weird technicality but if the monarchy were abolished it wouldn’t be theirs

@albertjschulman @lamowens @GreatDismal If AI art prevails then we lose this. We’d be searching for meaning where there is none. Idk this prospect makes me a bit sad. AI art obviously isn’t going away, but I do think it should be labelled, or identifiable in some way, as AI art.

@albertjschulman @lamowens @GreatDismal There’s a deeper philosophical issue here though. In my view, arts significance comes from the fact it is made with intention. It’s almost a puzzle, we have to interpret what the artist meant by this detail or that word. AI (presently at least) does not create with intention.
