@Sunrun@g0twilly@Sunrun has a poor customer experience design too. Their app is not friendly for all. Not inclusive. And despite all the technology, they can't seem to program a simple notification that alerts owners when their panels are not generating. Their gross negligence will cost you! $$$
@Sunrun Did my first of many tedious weekly calls to SunRun, at their recommendation. I have to confirm by calling in to see if my panels are producing. Then I received the survey and left this feedback. Never imagined owning panels would be this costly, draining, and time-consuming. 😣
@Sunrun He said there's nothing more he can do. But thank you for publicly proving my point of SunRun's poor customer experience. I'm bringing awareness to fellow consumers since @Sunrun won't. I'd hate for them to have to face hardship like I am at the hands of SunRun.
@Budapest75E@Sunrun UGH, I'm dealing with this too! Such poor customer experience for those of us who purchase @Sunrun panels! And they will claim to compensate you for it on their recorded customer service line, but it's just to get you off the phone! No support whatsoever! They're in bed w @SCE!
@Sunrun@MaryGPowell@pvmagazine@pvmagazineusa Caution⚠️ Be ready for surprise high energy bills when you purchase @sunrun panels, extra $800+!! It's built into their app design. And although they will claim to fix it on their recorded customer service line, they do not stand by it, they just want to get you off the phone.

@Sunrun@Sunrun
is not on the side of the consumer. When panels stop working for whatever reason, they decided to leave out a simple feature that would alert you that you are not generating any electricity, then schedule out a tech a month later, having you incur high charges with SCE.

@GEICO , Why does the monthly rate go up drastically ($150+) after one makes an insurance claim to cover damages? It's almost as if you're charging the costs to the consumer anyway. Almost as if insurance is a complete scam. 🤔
