@atrupar Recognizing that vaccines do rarely hurt some children, I'm curious... @grok Will NOT using vaccines hurt more children than the risk of using them?
He just let's it park in the wrong place THEN after it's completed the drive he manually parks it in the proper place. In other words, (it's my opinion) he's not helping the community give data to Tesla to make FSD better. I personally don't think we should be complimenting or praising these types of drivers.
I appreciate that you took the time to post this. Your experience has been mine as well. We have lots of snowy and dirt roads in Maine and the car is not adjusting itd speed profiles appropriately. It's frequently much to fast even if I put it in Sloth mode when I'm in unplowed or wasboard roads. This can and will be fixed. I wish I had a better way to report it so Tesla can start learning from our experiences.
Unpopular opinion, why is this celebrated? So basically you're saying that for 10,000 miles he has not been helping the community by giving good data to Tesla to help make FSD become unsupervised? I'm sorry, it's been my experience over and over with my FSD (which I absolutely love) that I have to ignore poor FSD choices at the very beginning and ending of MANY trips. In other words, those of us in the know understand that he's doing this for steak numbers and not for helping actually progress FSD toward unsupervised. It's kinda hard to hear about these scenarios.
To be clear, I LOVE my FSD (we have 22,000+ miles on it since 14.3). We need to solve the edge cases. Not reporting edge case issues just so that you can keep special streak numbers is slowing down the progress.
He is doing what Tesla has enabled, gamification, so I don't have direct complaint towards him. I just can obviously see what is actually happening when I hear that there's been 10,000 miles on a FSD streak.
@TesDrivenAI@rlloken Fix parking, navigation quirks and irrational/untrustworthy speed profiles (none of these are critical) and FSD is ready for unsupervised.
I didnβt buy a Tesla because of
-the environment
-itβs electric
-itβs fast
-itβs cheap
-itβs low maintenance
-the looks
-to flex
-to be trendy
I bought a Tesla because
-itβs the only car in America that can drive itself destination to destination with no intervention on any road!
Literally anyone that tells you otherwise is simply uneducated π€·ββοΈ
That's brilliant. I hope to have my solar field installed in the next 12 to 24 months (the cost of electricity is so high in Maine and it's likely to go up). 3 weeks ago I started my first online python class. That's why your original comment caught my attention so quickly. To hear that you were using python to maximize solar usage makes it even more intriguing. Yes, I'd love to see the code! Thank you. I'll actually use it to assess my knowledge as I progress in the portion program.
@jessedacri@NotATeslaApp No, the older one is taller in a 16x10 screen ratio. The newer one is wider in a 16x9 ratio. The newer 16 inch one is just barely a little larger in total screen size. It will make it easier to watch a 16x9 movie in full screen!
@elonmusk@elonmusk do you think that it'll be like an all or nothing switch, ie. AGI or no AGI or is it possible that Grok could have AGI in one or more areas of knowledge but not in others? Humans seem to work off of different spectrums, might AIs do the same?
