I want to share something here that applies to all my #UX and #ProductDesign friends — and to every person who has the guts to get out of bed in the morning:

Throughout your life and your career, there will be no shortage of cynics (masquerading as experts) who come out of the woodwork ready to tell you you’re wasting your time, it’s already been done, nothing new to add. That the world doesn’t need one more _________.

What I want you to know right now is that they are absolutely, positively, unequivocally WRONG.

Do your thing, put it out into the world and let it be judged on its own merit.

And do NOT waste a single SECOND of your life giving a single shit what any of these spectators and judges have to say about it.

If they had your strength, your guts or your WILL, they'd be doing it instead of talking about it.
