@TUIUK we have just arrived in Crete having left London Gatwick on the 07.25 flight to Chania. Flight BY5514 We checked in at Gatwick North but flew from Gatwick South. My daughters suitcase has not arrived & it has her medication in. Please send urgently.

@TUIUK Hi thanks, I’m trying to speak to someone but not getting very far. I’ve been cut off twice. No one will tell me where the bag is. We checked in at LGW north as per booking but flight from LGW south. Bags were meant to be transferred. 3 out 4 arrived in Chania. Flight BY5514

@iowrunningmum @AmazonUK @AmazonUK it’s nothing to do with stock, it’s postcode.. I just tested this on an item that could be delivered to me tomorrow but if I change the delivery address to the IW, the delivery changes to Friday… customers prefer honesty not fobbing off..
