@TorontoPearson Pls stop blaming airlines and make sure you take responsibility. I have been to many but this evening was the worst day at an airport. Biohazard coming out of bags with 12/21 tags🤮 by oversize C. Wait for the gate, luggage and 60min+ for carts🤷‍♂️ no manager at sight.
