@UKPowerNetworks Hi, this low voltage issue is still not resolved. We are still only getting 203 - 214 volts. It's been 10 days now, how do I get this escalated?

@UKPowerNetworks We still can't charge my disabled wife's car, we can't even wash clothes as the washing machine won't drain on low voltage.

Also, I reported the problem to the car EV Charger manufacturer, and they have just confirmed the charger was detecting undervoltage on the supply yesterday, so yes this is the cause of the problem.

@UKPowerNetworks @Badgers_Mount Hi, we thought everything was fixed but our EV car charger is showing a fault. Checking voltage on the house today we only have 212v not a full 240v. Minimum supply should not be under 216.2v. We're on Badgers Rise, TN14 7AW. How do we resolve this please?
