The USCIS adjudication pause has affected nationals from many countries and has frozen processing for asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, EADs, and more since late 2025. 1/3
People think that immigration “benefits” mean welfare. They are not welfare and they are not “benefits” from the government. They are grants of basic freedoms to live, work, and travel

Why is no one speaking out for #F1 /#NIW applicants who built their futures, careers, and lives around the rules that were in place when they planned and filed their applications?
The silence is deafening. Watching big tech companies mobilize only when H-1B visas are at risk is both deeply discouraging and profoundly disappointing.

Immigration is a complex issue, and I’m glad congresswoman @ValerieFoushee is at least recognizing that reality instead of reducing everything to slogans. Go celebrate her and encourage her!
The data on high-skilled immigration is actually pretty compelling. One well-known study found that for every additional 100 foreign-born STEM workers with advanced U.S. degrees, roughly 262 additional jobs were created for native-born Americans. That’s about 2.6 jobs per skilled immigrant worker.
This is not a handout or a freebie. It’s common sense economics.
If America educates top STEM and medical talent at our universities, then forcing them to leave immediately after graduation while competitor countries recruit them makes very little strategic sense.

@DanieNightLewis@RedEagleLaw@curtismorrison We should use all the power that is out there. What’s the worst they can do? Share our info with I.R? Let them do we don’t have anything to hide (and honestly they have so many spies thay already know what they need to know). Maybe NIAC can do sth about this damn pause.
