@YazhongXigua Hi, thank you. I use ImageJ and Adobe Photoshop CS7. Since the image obtained from the laboratory microscope @Citogenetica is in black and white, using the function image>adjustments>levels, I can eliminate the entire background and leave only the black regions (the chromosomes).
