@Rogers literally the worst customer service and wait times. For weeks, I try to get through. I just want my summer property internet to be turned on. It's literally a task that will take you less than 5 min, but I have to spend hours waiting. #ridiculous

@CTVNews you should investigate the poor service that people experience from @Rogers & @Bell. Consumers pay them huge $$ but receive poor service. Just call their lines. see how long you sit on hold for tech. We need options that are not controlled by these major organizations.
