What is happening with the BA service line this evening. Most unhelpful bunch ever. Has BA fully outsourced aboard? App is better but call centre service abroad is too poor for words. Don’t book accommodation BA - they can’t help if there is an issue. Go direct! @British_Airways

Harrogate is now staffed by 1 person from 9pm 5 nights a week in this "trial".
The staff member can't see the opposite, now unstaffed, platform & entrance because of trains parked in the middle.
A massive accessibility and safety problem.

How do @RoyalMail get away with stating "attempted delivery" of an @AmazonUK parcel, when they have absolutely not? Not only was I in the kitchen, at the front of the house, at this time but also the doorbell recorded no one. It recorded me at 15:58. Blatant lies. #RoyalMail

Bloody hell @ScotRail 50p to access toilets at Glasgow’s Queen Street. They are free at Waverley, Edinburgh. I had no cash and my desperate plea that I was about to pee myself fell on deaf ears. ‘Sorry hen, you should have used the train’. Leeds NHS teaching trust sent me an appointment letter on 30th July 2nd class regarding my surgery. It has still not arrived 18 days later. What are your new delivery targets for 2nd class mail please? Ps I live directly opposite a sorting office in Leeds.

Yet again i'm on a @CrossCountryUK train where there is no food or drink. I paid for 1st class because I am travelling with my 95 year old mum. We left Bristol at 13.00 and it's 3 hours to Manchester. Please arrange for a coffee cart to join the train somewhere down the line.
