Another awful experience with Avanti West Coast. Confirmed seat reservations cancelled, completely overcrowded train and left standing with my autistic son and luggage. After today, I genuinely won’t use their services again. Never had a good experience with @AvantiWestCoast

@AvantiWestCoast I told the Train Manager at 7:15pm that I was travelling with my disabled 15-year-old son. We stood until 7:43pm, when two other passengers were kindly offered 1st Class so we could have their seats. Shame the same courtesy wasn’t offered to us. I guess disabled are not allowed.

Relieved to overcome the BPTC. But that does NOT excuse the exam process for the final 3 exams which are ongoing for some. It's that sort of process that helps put many people, particularly BMEs/underrepresented groups, from attempting to crack this profession in the first place.
