@BBCNews When you book an inflated priced holiday or train tickets, you know beforehand that it is going to cost more. People buying tickets on Sat were informed the tickets would be a set price. When you have queued for 5 hours to then find they have more than doubled, THIS IS NOT OK

@GWRHelp train to London, 5 carriages short. The seats we had booked aren't available. We are stood in the carriage, 5 out of our party of 8 are over 60, no seats-SHOCKING AND ITS IS SO HOT

@TickerInsurance wanted to change my car on my policy,( I'm a gold driver week on week)to the same make and model, just 3 yes older. This is too much of a risk, how can that be I asked, we can't tell you that said Ticker. What a joke 🤬

@EE engineer due between 4-6pm to look at my elderly mum's broadband, she has had no internet since friday. Sat waiting, just had a message at 5pm to say they can no longer attend 🤬. Can't come until Wednesday now
