I think we need to have a discussion about why we still have (exclusively male?) consultants telling (exclusively female?) trainees that they are overconfident. Do you realise what that actually does to their confidence?

Ugh no. This is so disrespectful. I pay £50-100 for theatre tickets to here professionals sing, not Sandra from Wigan be off key. Imagine if everyone in the theatre was singing along? Do you sing along at the cinema? No. Shut up or go home and sing along to the cast recording.
