@ThallesVieira17 @Tecnoblog 😟 Realmente essa situação é complicada, por motivos de segurança, não é possível desativar o 2fa, a única maneira seria o recovery codes, tive uma situação parecida com a minha conta do GitHub, eles não puderam desativar o 2fa por motivos de segurança.

Yesterday, Firefox became unresponsive due to a change in defaults by a cloud provider which triggered a Firefox HTTP/3 bug. We disabled the configuration change and confirmed this fixed the issue.

Firefox has witnessed outages and we are sorry for that. We believe it's fixed and a restart of Firefox should restore normal behavior. We will provide more information shortly.
