@FirstBusesEast please can you tell me why, when we are in the school holidays you decide to just cut buses out? My 0724 28 service from Thorpe Marriott to Norwich has not appeared AGAIN!! HOPEFULLY the 0754 will turn up - I need to get to work!!!!! 😡

@FirstNorwich looks like the 1715 28 service will be on time!!!!!! An X29 just gone up St Stephens which has just changed to 28! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! STOP BLAMING ROADWORKS AS WELL! 😡🤬

@FirstNorwich at stop BE on St Stephens waiting for a 28 to Thorpe Marriott - 16.45 never turned up , but TWO X29's in the space of about 15 mins! Checked the app looks as though the first X29 changed to a 28 at Anglia Square!!!!!! I finished work at 16.30 - NO 28 YET!

@FirstNorwich It was the 28 service to Thorpe Marriott - we were stood at bus stop BE - NO other bus there, he didn't pull in - I ended running to Castle Meadow where the bus was waiting and got on. I spoke to the driver and said what he'd done his reply was no safe space to pull in - RUBBISH

@FirstNorwich just stood at at Stephens and the 16.45 bus failed to stop! There's a queue of people and the driver just drove past!

@FirstNorwich I believe that at that time the X29 was stationed at bus stop BE and the 28 was at the next stop back - the X29 pulled away and the 28 just drove past, not even stopping at bus stop BE! Not good enough sorry!

@FirstNorwich Can you explain WHY the 1715 28 service left St Stephens at 1707???? Went past a lady waiting at the correct stop as well on St Stephens!!!!! NOT ON!

@FirstNorwich has there been a timetable change for the 28 service??? I normally catch the 0724 from Felsham Way every day to the City. Consistently for the last 3/4 weeks this has been arriving at my stop by at least 10-15 minutes late there are NO roadworks en route

@FirstNorwich please can you confirm if there has been a change to the 28 timetable? Every day this week so far the 0724 28 service from Thorpe Marriott has been 10 minutes late arriving at Felsham Way, Thorpe Marriott and there do not appear to be any roadworks en route.

@FirstNorwich I did board the bus in question. The issue this morning was that the bus did not appear on the map at any point on its outward journey to Thorpe Marriott this is not the first time this has happened.

@FirstNorwich I'm guessing that once again the 07.24 28 service from Thorpe Marriott to the city has been cut as its not showing as even left the city on the app?????
