@GirlguidingScot@Denise__King Congratulations Denise! I still feel changed (for the better) by the work we did together on the yellow weekend to redesign the guide section programme, and then on positive and effective leadership! Kirsty
@MN_Higgins@NHSForthValley I love this, my mum is receiving end of life care in a Lothian hospice. I might make some of these stones for her friends and family
@LifeCoachDana1 I think most clients benefit more from acknowledging and healing from the pain rather than pushing past it....that’s more the CTI approach to coaching based on my training!
@Sacha_Lord Fight for more support, not for an increase in risk. I understand that it’s really hard for sectors affected and you need help, but you’re putting the focus in the place that won’t help.
@MaryRossDavie @EvaRossdavie @sainsburys Totally not acceptable behaviour from the member of staff, and completely at odds with the position @sainsburys takes on racism. I expect direct action and an apology to you and Eva on this.
@EvaRossdavie @sainsburys Eva I’m sorry you experienced this. I expect @Sainsburys to take action in terms of the behaviour of their employee, to apologise to you and your mum and to tackle racist behaviour directly. This is not ok.
@MelSherwood_ Depends on the topic - if I want to refer back in the future and / or reflect on multiple occasions then paper. I’d it’s a quick once and done then digital is fine
@Anniecoops Would you like some help? I’m imagining for example that you are a) way more competent than you feel and b) even if you can’t see that (yet) that you have more clarity about where you feel incompetent- which itself shows you’ve learned :-) happy to help. Kirsty
