Stablecoins may live on-chain, but that doesn't automatically mean users have full control over their funds.

Look at major stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, PYUSD and RLUSD: their issuers generally retain mechanisms that can restrict or freeze certain addresses.

USDD takes a different approach.

🔹 Overcollateralization + on-chain vaults
🔹 No address-freezing function in its token contract
🔹 Self-custodied balances aren't directly subject to issuer-initiated freezes

There’s another important piece: PSM provides a protocol-based route for exchanging USDD and USDT at a fixed ratio, helping users access an alternative to relying entirely on secondary-market liquidity.

And USDD's utility extends beyond simply holding a stablecoin:

GasFree payments → Earn → Lending → Trading → Cross-chain circulation

USDD may not have the largest market cap or deepest liquidity.

But if the questions are:

Where can you actually use it?
