@mykola Groups can add complexity because not all the same parts show up for all relationships and contexts. My instinctive shift in posture for one person might contradict my own instinctive shift (happening simultaneously in a group) to posture for another.

@mykola It’s like the physical posturing of the emotional identity of inner part(s) toward others. Touches on attachment identity/trauma but is present in all relationships/interactions, not just primary ones. Parts X and Y show up for this relationship, so they prep &posture accordingly
