@mannyjplays Nothing substantial, which is why I’m committed to running such a serious stretch. I want to give it a fair shake and that’s 6 months every day no less than 5mg daily. We’ll see!
@mannyjplays I took 4 weeks every day, 5-10mg, now in the middle of a 20 week stretch. Research strongly suggests first improvements no earlier than 12 weeks.
@tryingtobeLFA Leg press should be to absolute bottom, far past 90. Not my favorite machine, much prefer hack squat (particularly the power squat) where it’s harder to stop short.
@_9th_Life_ High carb. 65% of calories should be carbs particularly stacked in the mornings. Protein needs are much lower if your body isn’t cannibalising muscle for glucose. 15% fat, later in the day. Boost thyroid.
