Till date there is no resolution. Today I was told by 1033 helpline to go to any cybercafe with no real reason.

@IndiaCinepolis hi! I had to make 4 complaints to your staff to reduce the volume in the last 20 minutes. Noise levels in the ads going over 114dB! Ads going on for 40 minutes uptil now. I want to raise a complaint for this.
@telegram im sure you’ve heard this before, but just in case. Scammers in india use telegram a lot. Unfortunately I don’t see any way of reporting an account for fraud. Am i missing something?
