Regarding a @DOGE stimulus/refund check: Some sort of stimulus was in the script, and it will be distributed via US dollar backed stable coin on a US made blockchain.

This is to get the majority of Americans using digital ID and digital wallets. Custodian providers and easy to use interfaces will make using blockchain no more complicated that electronic banking.

The amount of the stimulus payments will have to be high enough to get people to leave their comfort zone and adopt the new tech.
