One of the most interesting AI workflows I’ve seen lately.

Someone on r/codex built a lightweight orchestration layer that turns multiple coding models into an actual software team.

Instead of “3 AIs coding at once”, each has a defined role

A few ideas I really liked:

Agents can @mention each other.
Reviewers don’t normally get write access.
Workers use separate Git worktrees to avoid conflicts.
The orchestrator handles merging.
It wraps the official CLIs, so it works with ChatGPT Plus + Claude Max subscriptions.
