@tamsinroses Watched an auction in Epping today. Comes up in a 1.5m to 1.8m search. Disappears from all searches above 1.8m price then sells for 2.3m. Underquoting is blatant and rife but it’s nestled away comfortably in the TooHardBasket. Sad but it will never change.
