@SEHAHealth I've just spent over 20 minutes on the phone only to have the line hang up. I have not received my results and it has been over 24 hours.

@SEHAHealth I was not told this when doing the test, I was told 24 hours. Private clinics provide results in less than 10 hours, yet SEHA takes 2 days. I'm disappointed in the service as you don't even answer phone or call back.

@admediaoffice How come the Al Hosn app doesn't update right after a test result has been received? I've just been told it can take up to 72 hours for the result to reflect which makes the test void to enter AD? It's now impossible to get in now

@VirginMobileUAE What's the point of the app when you can't really do anything with it. Can't update my Emirates ID via the app, even though it says I can. As always, your customer service is slow and not very helpful :(

@VirginMobileUAE Last time I went to a kiosk, the told me the can't do it at that one and I had to go to specific branch. What's the point of the app and your customer service if it is this difficult to use.

@VirginMobileUAE Can't log into my account as I don't have access to the email to reset the password. No one responds on chats, and when they do, they close it within 2 seconds. Otherwise, they don't respond for two weeks. But you'll gladly take my money!

@jenghom @NianticLabs This is only one of two areas like this in the Emirates. This has nothing to do with money, just the fact there are a lot of interesting things in the area that match the criteria of a pokestop/portal. Go to New York, London, San Fransisco or any other big city; it's the same.
