@parcelforce What a rubbish service. 2 parcels in 1 consignment being delivered. One arrives and then get a text to say that delivery was attempted for the second and no one was in. Yes we were we accepted the one parcel from the driver. No card left by driver.
@VirginAtlantic still waiting for the refund part of our flight in March. No confirmation from you yet that it is still due. 118 days for the part refund and then nothing. Do we have to wait another 118 days for the last bit?

@WMerciaPolice - gridlock and accidents on Aqueduct Lane Alvechurch because of Bittell Road closure. Traffic using a single track lane as a cut through for the last 2 days. Something needs to be done. Not sure how long the road closure is for.
@British_Airways How very disappointing. We checked in 24 hours in advance as soon as check in opened. This is clearly your seating algorithm designed to split people up and make them pay for seats. Not that we were ever able to by seats online! We will not be flying BA again.
@British_Airways Iโve just checked in for Sundayโs ba2202 cancun to lgw exactly when check in opened and the 2 of us cannot sit together. How can this happen? There was only 1 seat to select to move. What can I do about this?
